

| The University of Texas offers free shuttle rides to and from campus.
This shuttle system is operated for students, faculty, staff, and their
dependants. Passengers must present a valid I.D. or pass on request. If

Central/University- (West campus, North Campus, and Hyde Park) Most properties in this area are within walking or biking distance to campus. This area has shopping and restaurants nearby for your convenience. Most apartment communities require a 9 to 12 month lease. One bedrooms start around $500 and two bedrooms start around $700. Three bedrooms start around $1000. South- (Riverside, Oltorf) This area offers the most amenities and square feet for your money. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes shuttle ride to campus. Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Pets are welcome at most of these properties. One bedroom units start around $460. Two bedrooms start around $575. This shuttle route also offers the widest variety of three bedrooms starting at $765. Four and Five bedroom apartments are also available. Northeast- (Cameron Road) This shuttle route was voted #1 by U. T. students for it’s consistency and for having the least number of stops (approximately 7 to 10 minutes travel time). Most of these apartment communities offer washer/dryer connections and will allow small pets. This shuttle is conveniently located near Highland Mall and numerous restaurants. One bedrooms start around $475. Two bedrooms start around $605. Three bedrooms start at $1000. Northwest- (Farwest) Some lofts and townhomes have become very popular in this area. Most apartment communities are conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown and north Austin. The Farwest shuttle is approximately a 15-minute ride to campus. Most of these properties will accept small pets. One bedrooms start around $525.Two bedrooms start around $750. Three bedrooms start around $1000.
